Diffusion coatings
COATEC mainly applies aluminum diffusion coatings to protect customer components that are exposed to high operating temperatures, and to protect them against hot gas corrosion and high temperature oxidation.
The diffusion coating processes used by COATEC:
CVD process – Chemical Vapor Deposition and Diffusion
Our coating facilities are used for applying diffusion layers to the widest variety of components that are used for instance in hot areas of gas turbines.
